Management of Republic Bank (Ghana) PLC is committed to achieving and maintaining the certification of its Integrated Management System – ISO27001:2022 and ISO22301:2019. Management is also committed to satisfying applicable requirements of the IMS, reviewing, and continually improving it.  This provides a framework for integration of the ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 22301:2019 standards.

Overview

The following major objectives are set for information security:

Objective 1- Achieve100% protection of confidentiality and integrity of Republic Bank’s Information assets. 

Objective 2– Achieve 94% information security awareness culture across the bank.

Objective 3 – Provide assurance of information systems resilience – 99.9% availability.

Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)

The following major objectives are set for business continuity:

Objective 1 – Improve the business continuity culture by achieving 94% business continuity awareness across the Bank.

Objective 2 – Provide assurance of resilience in critical business processes by ensuring 99.9% optimal uptime of critical services and product delivery and availability.

Objective 3 – Exercise and test 90% continuity arrangements and plans to ensure suitability.
