Company Secretary
Mrs. Beatrix Ama Amoah is the Company Lawyer. Prior to taking up her current position, she was the Head of Mortgage Department and Legal Department of the Bank. Before then she worked as a Lawyer with the Regeneration Team of the Legal Department of the London Borough of Hackney, UK.
In her capacity, she was a member of a number of major economic regeneration project teams providing legal representation and advising on a broad spectrum of issues ranging from property matters to the selection of development partners.
Mrs. Beatrix Ama Amoah holds an LLB Hons, BL and an MBA and is a member of the Ghana Bar Association. She was appointed as the Company Secretary effective 2nd January 2015.
